What time is your Check-in and Check-out time?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM daily and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon) daily.

What is your policy for early arrivals and late departures?
Our check-in time starts at 3:00 p.m. daily. For early arrival requests, please call the hotel on the morning of your arrival to inquire into the availability of an early check-in. We will not be able to provide a guarantee of an early check in until the morning of your arrival. 
Our check-out time is 12:00p.m. (noon) daily. Should you require a later check-out time, please request this with our staff as soon as possible. We are more than happy to hold all of your luggage and personal items for you at our front desk if we are unable to provide a late check-out. Please note that if you have yet to check out starting at 2:00P.M. on your departure date, you will be charged a room rental fee in the amount of half of that night's room and tax for your room type. After 3:00p.m., you will be charged one entire night's room and tax.

If I have to check out of my reservation early, will I be charged an early departure fee?
If you need to check out earlier than your original departure date, we must be informed of this the night before you intend to depart in order to avoid a cancellation fee in the amount of one night's room and taxes. If you booked your stay through a third party website (Expedia, Orbitz, Priceline,, etc.), you must contact that service to find out whether they will still charge you for the night you aren't staying. The Burgundy Hotel has no control or influence over the decision made by this service.

What payment types are accepted at the hotel?
We accept the following:

Can baggage be stored at the hotel?
Yes, we are able to store your baggage. However, we are limited in the size of baggage we are able to store. See our Shipping Policies page for more information.

Can you store larger items, such as bicycles?
Due to our hotel's intimate size, we are limited in the size of items we are able to store. See our Shipping Policies page for more information.

Are safety deposit boxes available at the front desk?
We offer safes in all of the guest suites. Please lock all valuables in your safe as the hotel can not be held responsible for guest belongings.

Can you receive and hold packages for guests? Any limitations?
Yes, we can receive packages for guests prior to arrival. We kindly ask that you review our Shipping Policies page before shipping a package to yourself at the hotel.

Do you have a guest loyalty program; and where can guests get more information?
Choice Privileges members may earn points (10 points per USD pre-tax) for stays at The Burgundy Hotel. Guests can get more information at

How does the hotel authorize my credit or debit card?
On the morning of your arrival, the credit or debit card you reserved your room with will be pre-authorized for the entire amount of your stay (including taxes) plus an additional USD $100 to cover any anticipated incidental charges. You are more than welcome to provide a different credit/debit card upon arrival for payment. However, this card will be pre-authorized for the same amount and the authorization placed on the original card may take up to ten business days to drop off (dependent solely on your financial institution's policies).

Please note that should your credit/debit card decline for pre-authorization on the morning of your arrival, we will attempt to contact you to collect a new credit/debit card. If we are unable to establish a successful pre-authorization of the credit/debit card on your reservation by 12 noon CST on the day of your arrival, your reservation may be canceled. 

If I use a debit card to check in, when will the arrival authorization drop off?
We strongly suggest that you use a CREDIT card instead of a DEBIT card for your stay as banks tend to hold arrival pre-authorizations on debit cards for anywhere from three to ten business days after your departure date. The Burgundy Hotel only holds this authorization for the length of your stay; and at departure, our system releases it. Then, it becomes solely your financial institution's responsibility to restore any unused portion of the authorization to your account. The Burgundy Hotel cannot be held responsible for any overdraft fees you may incur due to this.

Do you require a physical credit or debit card upon arrival?
Yes, please see above. Cash is only accepted as a form of payment for rooms upon departure. We do not accept cash deposits at check-in under any circumstance.

If I paid for my reservation through a third-party service (e.g.: Expedia, Priceline, etc.), will you still require a credit or debit card upon arrival?
Yes. Your payment to the third-party service you purchased your room from only covers the room and its taxes. We require all guests booking with third-party services to provide a physical credit or debit card upon arrival that will be authorized in the amount of $100 to cover any anticipated incidental charges.

Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?
There is a bank one block from the hotel.

How far is the nearest hospital from the hotel?
The nearest hospital is 10 minutes away.

Are there any shops at the hotel?
We have a 24-hour novelty shop at the hotel that sells snacks, beverages, and toiletries.


Do you offer complimentary WiFi/internet?
Yes, we have complimentary WiFi access available throughout the hotel.


Does your hotel provide parking?
Yes, we have complimentary self-parking available. Guests parking in our lot assume all risks, as the hotel can not be held responsible for guest vehicles.

What are the fees for self-parking/valet?
Self-parking is complimentary and valet parking is not available.

Are there unlimited in and out privileges?
Yes, we offer unlimited in and out privileges.

Is covered parking available?
Covered parking is not available at the hotel.


Is complimentary breakfast provided?
We offer a cooked-to-order breakfast daily for our hotel guests, but it is not included in the room rate. We do, however, offer room packages that include breakfast. Please visit the Packages page for more information.

Do you have any restaurants on the property?
Yes, our onsite restaurant Table 28 is available for dinner Monday through Saturday, and a cooked-to-order breakfast is available every morning. While we do not serve lunch, we are happy to provide a list of nearby restaurants open for lunch upon request.

What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served Monday-Friday 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and on Saturday, Sunday & major holidays from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Do children dine for free at your restaurant?
The Burgundy Hotel & Table 28 do not offer free dining.


What is the hotel's policy on smoking?
We are proud to be a 100% completely non-smoking property. Guests must be at least 20 feet away from all exterior entrances when smoking outside. If smoking occurs in your room during your stay, you will be charged a non-refundable cleaning fee of $250.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Yes, all of our guest rooms are non-smoking.

Does the hotel offer designated areas for smoking?
Yes, we have outdoor areas designated for smoking.


Do you have a pet policy?
The Burgundy Hotel does not allow pets, emotional support, or therapy animals in our building. Per Department of Justice, service animals are permitted. Service animals must be with their respective owner/guest at all times in order to provide the services for which they are trained. The hotel must be informed of the service animal prior to or upon arrival. Guests with pets, emotional support, or therapy animals in their rooms will be charged a non-refundable cleaning fee of $250.00 plus any cost associated with damage to the room.

Is there a business center at the hotel?
Yes, we have an on-site business center that is available 24 hours a day. The business center is equipped with one computer and a printer.

Can the hotel reconfirm my ongoing flight and make arrangements for domestic and international flights?
Yes, we can assist you with these services.


Can requests be made for an accessible room when booking?
Yes, we can accommodate you with an accessible room based on availability.

Do you have accessible bathrooms?
Yes, we have accessible bathrooms at the hotel.

Are there specific room types for the disabled traveler?
Yes, we have a select number of double-bedded ADA accessible rooms that feature an expanded bathroom area with shower rails, a bath seat, and removable shower head for ease of bathing. Please let our staff know that you desire this room type when making your reservation. 

Is there accessible parking available?
Yes, we have accessible parking available.

Are there accessible paths of travel in the hotel?
Yes, there are accessible paths of travel throughout the hotel.

We provide complimentary sample-sizes of basic toiletries, availalbe upon request from our front desk.

Can items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, etc. be purchased on-site?
Yes, you can purchase such toiletries items on-site in our 24-hour Novelty Shop.

Are there cots available for extra guests?
Since most of our suites feature fold-out sofas, we do not provide cots. Our fold-out sofas can sleep up to two adults.

What on-site amenities and services are available?

We have complimentary USA Today newspapers available every weekday morning and copies of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette available every weekend morning at our front desk on a first come, first-served basis.

Can I host a photo shoot at The Burgundy Hotel?
We allow photo shoots to take place in hotel public spaces only after a written agreement has been made between the participants and hotel management. Rates vary based on photo shoot requirements, closures of hotel public spaces caused by the shoot, etc. We do not allow photo shoots to take place in the hotel without previous written approval from management. Guest Rooms

Do you have rooms with bathtubs? Whirlpool?
All of our suites feature a bathtub/shower combo, with the exception of our King Whirlpool Suite that features a jetted, walk-in shower in the bathroom in addition to the whirlpool in the living space.

Do you have rooms with a washer and dryer?
No, our suites do not come with a washer and dryer but we do offer dry cleaning services Monday through Thursday.

Do you offer king size beds?
Yes, all of our suites are available with one king bed or two double beds in addition to a fold-out sofa. The King Whirlpool Suite does feature a sofa, but it does not fold out, as this room is intended for a maximum of two guests.

Can a room location/specific room be requested when making a reservation?
You are welcome to request a specific location for your room in the hotel, however, we are not able to guarantee it. Please make any room location requests aware to our staff in advance of your arrival date.

Do you offer family and/or adjoining rooms?
A select number of our King Studio suites adjoin with each other and can be requested based on availability. Please request adjoining rooms when making your reservation.

Are all rooms accessible by an elevator?
Yes, all of our rooms are accessible by an elevator.

Do you offer accessible rooms for guests with disabilities?
We offer a limited number of double-bedded rooms that are ADA accessible. These rooms feature two double beds, microwave/mini fridge, TV, and an expanded bathroom with shower rails, bath seat, and a removable shower head for ease of bathing. The bathtub in this room type is not equipped for roll-in.

Are baby cribs available for the rooms?
Pack & Play cribs are available on a first come, first served basis. Please request this when making your reservation to ensure availability.

Are high chairs available at the hotel restaurant?
