Need to ship yourself a package prior to your arrival at The Burgundy Hotel? We're more than happy to hold your packages. Please note that, since we are a boutique hotel, our storage space is limited and we do have certain limitations for accepting packages. Please read the below shipping policies before shipping packages to yourself at The Burgundy Hotel.

Please note that if the intended recipient on the address label does not have an active reservation for arrival, we will refuse delivery of the package.


Packages arriving less than 3 Days Prior to Arrival

  • Up to three (3) small to medium package (20in x 20in) up to 20 lbs is free per guestroom.
  • Each additional package up to 20 lbs* will be charged $10.00 per package per day.
  • Packages weighing over 20 lbs* are subject to $1.00/pound service delivery fee.
  • Oversized packages will be subject to a $5.00 fee per package regardless of weight (Oversized packages are larger than 20inx20inx20in).
  • No pallet deliveries will be accepted.

Due to limited storage space, we request that shipments NOT arrive any earlier than three (3) days prior to arrival.

Large Packages:
Packages weighing over 20 lbs* are subject to an additional $1.00/lb service delivery fee.
Oversized packages will be subject to an additional $5.00 fee per package regardless of weight (Oversized packages are larger than 20inx20inx20in).

No pallet deliveries will be accepted.

We will not accept any packages for guests who do not have reservations at the hotel. 
Packages continued to be held by the Front Office once a guest checks in will be subject to a $10.00 per package per day storage fee.

Ship Out Handling Fees:
We use Wrap Right Packaging, a local shipping company, for all shipments to departed guests or for their intended recipients. Guest is responsible for providing a method of payment for shipping and informing our staff of the exact shipping method/speed they prefer. Please click the link above to Wrap Right's website for their pricing. 

You will be billed by Wrap Right- not The Burgundy Hotel- for all outgoing shipping charges. All package inquiries regarding submitted outgoing shipments should be directed to Wrap Right. They can be reached via phone at (501) 227-8818. By surrendering a package to The Burgundy Hotel to be shipped out, you are agreeing to not hold The Burgundy Hotel or any of its staff responsible for the contents of the package.

Lost & Found Items
If a departed guest has left any personal belongings in the room, our housekeeping staff will immediately bring these items to our front desk staff, at which time we will contact you via the contact information you provided when making your reservation. We will hold any items left behind by guests for up to 30 days (one month) before they are discarded.
If you would prefer for us to ship back any personal items you forgot at the hotel upon departure, we are happy to arrange this. Please see the "Ship Out Handling Fees" section above to learn more about how shipping and payment is handled.
